entangled among seagrasses, other seaweeds. Light to dark green to
olive. May be seasonally abundant. Commonly seen on many of our shores. |

or feather-like. May be seasonally abundant. Shades of green, sometimes
bluish or olive. On coral rubble, sometimes sandy areas. Commonly
seen on many of our shores. |

Bright green. Near reefs. Sometimes seen on some of our shores. |

of cylindrical filaments or 'stems' 3-8cm to 10cm long, 0.2-0.5cm
in diameter. Bright green. On sand, rocks and
coral rubble. Sometimes seen on many of our shores. |
