25 Nov (Sat): Rediscover Singapore : Identity, Parks and Waterbodies

Singapore is a small city which happens to be a country. Some people label us as a concrete jungle but did you know that there are a total of 302 parks currently under maintenance? So why the need for a Parks & Waterbodies Plan? And as we plan for the demands of future growth, how can we keep a sense of identity of places, even those beyond the city centre or beyond the ubiquitious heritage shophouse? Join Mr Colin Lauw at the Singapore City Gallery Theatrette for a talk on plans for our parks and waterbodies and places of character and identity.

Limited seats only!

Time: 11.30am

If the skies are clear, we can also gaze at the stars and planets. This 8km/4hr ramble will end at Sime Road.
