Inspired by the “Undersea World” stamp issue released in March 2006, this exhibition presents information on four sea mammals, and suggests simple things humans can do to protect the mammals and their natural environment. Through the use of exhibition guides, parents can explain information, impart values to the children, and facilitate the acquisition of analysis and reasoning skills. Until 28 Oct: "Made in Germany: Architecture Ecology" Exhibition

Going beyond pure aesthetics, the exhibition brings together nine projects in an exhibition on sustainable architecture, demonstrating through built works and upcoming examples how ecological principles can go hand in hand with our modern lifestyles and changing environment. Produced by the Goethe-Institut and hosted at The URA Centre, the exhibition showcases the architectural innovations and design solutions from an emerging generation of German architects - whether it is the world's first subterranean "zero-energy" train station, a solar housing estate that produces more energy than its residents use, or a gymnasium sensitively inserted into a nature reserve. Free admission.
