27 Mar (Sun): Annual Bird Census
open only to NSS members and associates

By the Nature Society (Singapore) Bird Group. This census will include many known birdwatching sites in Singapore. Our members’ invaluable help over the years has enabled us to conduct this census successfully. Eighteen years of data collected has assisted the Society to piece together conservation proposals, assessed the state of our natural habitats, and also given an overview of the general population trends of our avian friends.

Your help is needed once again to help us continue this census. All we need is your ability to see and count! Help the site leader at a site nearest your home or a site that you may be interested in. Do a favour for nature this weekend, and enjoy the great outdoors.

Register before 20 Mar: Lim Kim Chuah at lewin@singnet.com.sg and he will put you in a site of your choice.

Contact: More details about the Nature Society (Singapore). To join the NSS, email contact@nss.org.sg or call 6741 2036.
